About StudyGlitch

These answers explain what StudyGlitch is, who it serves, and how the platform fits students who want structured SAT, GAT, or AP Math preparation rather than random bulk practice.

What is StudyGlitch?

StudyGlitch is a hybrid EdTech SaaS platform for SAT Math, GAT (Qudurat) Math, and AP Math preparation. It combines a free diagnostic test, tutoring, guided materials, targeted practice through PowerCenter, progress reporting, and the StudyGlitch Gems subscription into one structured preparation system.

Who is StudyGlitch for?

StudyGlitch is built for students who want clearer structure in math preparation, for parents who want better visibility into progress, and for schools that may need stronger academic reporting. It is suitable for students in Saudi Arabia, across the GCC, and for broader online learners who want a guided preparation system.

Which programs does StudyGlitch support?

StudyGlitch currently supports SAT Math, GAT (Qudurat) Math, and AP Math preparation. The system is built around math-specific diagnosis, reporting, and guided progress.

Is StudyGlitch only for tutoring?

No. Tutoring is one part of StudyGlitch, but the system also includes the free diagnostic, guided materials, PowerCenter practice, Gems subscription access, and the Collaborative Learning Hub. Some students may begin with Gems or self-guided study, while others move directly into tutoring after the diagnostic.

Diagnostic Test

The StudyGlitch diagnostic is designed to give a stronger starting point before tutoring or heavy practice begin. It helps replace guessing with structure.

Is the StudyGlitch diagnostic test free?

Yes. The StudyGlitch diagnostic test is free for SAT Math, GAT Math, and AP Math. Logging in or signing up for free helps the system issue a fuller report tied to a valid user profile.

Do I need an account to use the diagnostic properly?

The diagnostic itself is free, but for the system to generate a better architectured report, it should be tied to a valid StudyGlitch user account. Signup is also free.

What do I get after finishing the diagnostic test?

Logged-in users can receive an instant result that may include a level band, predicted range, weighted score view, weak topics, weak skills, a timing report, and a recommended next preparation route. That recommendation may suggest tutoring, Gems access, or a stronger structured study line.

How does the diagnostic help with planning?

The diagnostic is meant to show where progress should begin. Instead of pushing students into random solving, it helps clarify whether they need stronger foundations, guided materials, targeted practice, or a tutoring bundle.

Tutoring, Pricing & Bundles

StudyGlitch tutoring is designed around live structure, monitored academic progress, and preparation decisions influenced by the diagnostic rather than guesswork.

How does StudyGlitch tutoring work?

StudyGlitch tutoring is live and online. It supports both 1-on-1 and group formats, with no recorded sessions. The structure is built around commitment, active solving, and monitored progress rather than passive watching. During tutoring, live testing can also be used to improve the tutor’s view of what needs strengthening across topics and skills.

Is tutoring 1-on-1 or group-based?

StudyGlitch supports both 1-on-1 tutoring and group tutoring. The best fit depends on the student, the diagnostic outcome, and the structure needed for the preparation path.

How long is each tutoring session?

Each session is 1.5 hours, usually with a small margin of around 5 minutes depending on where the explanation or closing idea naturally ends.

How much does tutoring cost?

StudyGlitch tutoring is currently priced at 130 SAR per 1.5-hour session across SAT, AP, and GAT programs.

How many sessions are included in StudyGlitch bundles?

GAT bundles typically include 12 sessions. SAT bundles typically range from 20 to 24 sessions. AP bundles typically range from 24 to 27 sessions.

How long do bundles usually last?

Bundle duration depends on the program, the student’s diagnostic result, the depth of structure needed, and scheduling availability. GAT can be as short as 4 weeks, SAT commonly ranges from 5 to 8 weeks, and AP may range from 8 to 9 weeks or more when deeper structure is needed.

Can bundles be adjusted?

StudyGlitch bundles are not chosen randomly and are not meant to be manually adjusted after the student starts. The correct bundle is identified from the beginning based on the student’s true level as measured by the diagnostic test. This helps ensure that the preparation path is built for that student’s actual starting point, weaknesses, and learning needs.

Are there discounts or offers?

Yes. StudyGlitch currently uses a referral system with a 5% discount per referral, capped at 40%. Additional special deals or promotional offers may also apply, including rewards for strong exam performance or strong materials coverage, such as discounts on Gems renewal or tutoring in selected cases.

Reporting & Progress Tracking

Reporting is one of the core strengths of the StudyGlitch system. It is meant to show more than just raw scores.

Does StudyGlitch track performance and progress?

Yes. StudyGlitch tracks performance and progress across the diagnostic test, PowerCenter practice, materials coverage, and live testing during tutoring when applicable. The goal is to monitor how the student is improving across topics, skills, and score movement.

What is included in the reporting system?

Reporting may include weak topics, weak skills, stronger areas, score-based progress, timing signals, and recommendation logic. The system starts with diagnostic reporting, then builds further visibility through practice tests, materials coverage, and live tutoring tests.

What is mastery based on?

In StudyGlitch, mastery is computed through both coverage percentage and performance percentage. This helps avoid a false sense of progress based only on completion.

What can students see in their profile card?

In the StudyGlitch profile card, students can personalize their identity by changing their nickname, adding emojis next to it, and choosing a profile card style or avatar. The profile card also shows a lighter academic view related to the programs they are studying, including diagnostic-linked insights, weaker topics, weaker skills, stronger areas, and a simplified progress view based more on score than on the full topic-and-skill reporting system.

Can parents and schools request full reports?

Yes. Full reports can be issued on request for parents and schools at any time. Students may also request full reporting after finishing their preparation.

Materials, PowerCenter, Gems & the Hub

These parts of StudyGlitch work together to support guided learning, targeted practice, access control, and a more connected learning environment.

What is the Materials page?

The Materials page is a guided study area organized by topic. It includes image-based walkthroughs built around question-and-answer flow, where answers are shown only after the student clicks to reveal them. This helps reduce passive answer-checking. Materials are also supported by PDFs and videos, including method-based resources such as Desmos-focused support or rule-building resources.

What is PowerCenter?

PowerCenter is the StudyGlitch targeted practice and testing area. It offers exam-like settings and tools, including built-in Desmos support for SAT and AP when applicable. After each practice test, students can receive reporting by topic and skill, with stronger and weaker areas shown by percentage so they know what to tackle next.

What is Gems?

Gems is the premium StudyGlitch subscription. It opens PowerCenter practice access, unlimited materials access, and community access through the Collaborative Learning Hub. Current Gems pricing is 49 SAR for 1 month, 139 SAR for 3 months, and 199 SAR for a full year.

What is the difference between free access and Gems?

Free access is limited compared to Gems. Guest users currently have very limited material access, and logged-in free users have limited preview usage across programs. Gems opens the broader working system, especially PowerCenter, unlimited materials, and Hub participation.

Do tutoring students get Gems access?

Yes. Gems can be granted automatically for students who book tutoring bundles, as long as they are signed up. If they are not already signed up, access can follow after signup.

What is the Collaborative Learning Hub?

The StudyGlitch Collaborative Learning Hub, often referred to simply as the Hub, is the community area where students can talk, reply, help one another, and potentially share useful academic content such as articles and image-supported explanations.

How should I start?

The strongest starting point is usually the free diagnostic test. Once the result is clear, the next step becomes easier to choose with more precision, whether that means tutoring, Gems, guided materials, or structured PowerCenter practice.
