1. Overview

StudyGlitch provides structured math preparation built around diagnostics, tutoring, materials, testing, progress tracking, and guided improvement. This policy explains the working rules that apply to StudyGlitch services, learning tools, subscriptions, and enrollment decisions.

The purpose of this page is to make expectations clear for students, parents, and schools, and to explain how StudyGlitch protects both the learning process and the platform itself.

2. Services Covered

This policy applies to services and tools including, but not limited to:

  • SAT Math tutoring and preparation paths
  • AP Calculus AB tutoring and preparation paths
  • GAT Qudurat tutoring and preparation paths
  • Diagnostic tests and placement recommendations
  • StudyGlitch Gems subscriptions
  • Materials access and self-study resources
  • PowerCenter and related exam practice tools
  • Hub participation and community behavior
  • Progress tracking, recap tools, and report-related systems

3. Enrollment & Booking Confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not by itself confirm enrollment. Enrollment is considered confirmed only after payment is verified by StudyGlitch.

After payment verification, StudyGlitch shares a confirmation code with the user to finalize the booking and enrollment process.

Each tutoring path or bundle has limited capacity. In general, StudyGlitch keeps a maximum of 10 students per path or bundle in order to maintain learning quality, structure, and tutor focus.

StudyGlitch may decline or cancel a booking request or Gems subscription when platform misuse, content theft, abusive behavior, or serious policy violations are involved.

4. Diagnostic Test & Placement

StudyGlitch strongly encourages students to complete a diagnostic test before enrollment. Diagnostic results help identify current level, weak areas, and the most suitable path, pace, or bundle.

Students with weak foundations should choose the path that gives them enough time to build the basics properly. The diagnostic is meant to improve fit and learning clarity, not to guarantee a specific result.

5. Teaching Model, Foundations & Commitment

StudyGlitch programs are structured to teach the math foundations needed for each exam, often close to from-zero when needed, while still moving toward exam readiness in a clear, organized way.

Students who need more time or stronger foundation-building should choose the path or bundle designed for that level. StudyGlitch uses different learning paths because not all students should move at the same pace.

Tutoring is only one part of the system. Self-study, revision, materials, PowerCenter practice, and tutor-shared live testing links are all part of the intended learning structure.

Commitment is a core part of the StudyGlitch vision. The structure is designed to work best when students follow the path seriously, attend consistently, and stay engaged between sessions.

6. Live Tests, Progress Tracking & Reports

Live tests and instant tutor-shared testing links are part of the StudyGlitch learning model. They help measure understanding, reveal weak areas, and confirm whether the student is practicing actively during the preparation process.

Students can view progress recaps through their StudyGlitch profile tools where available. Formal report-center data, reporting systems, and structured progress records belong to StudyGlitch.

StudyGlitch may share progress reports or report-based summaries when needed or upon request, especially with parents or schools where appropriate.

7. Platform Access, Materials & Subscriptions

General access across the StudyGlitch website may be free in part, but access to some tools and resources is restricted by account type, enrollment status, or subscription level.

  • PowerCenter is intended for premium users through StudyGlitch Gems.
  • Materials access may differ for guests, logged-in users, and premium users.
  • When a tutoring path or bundle is booked, Gems is automatically activated for that user.
  • A valid StudyGlitch account is required when bundle-linked access depends on user enrollment.

StudyGlitch reserves the right to adjust access rules, platform limits, and feature visibility in order to protect the system and improve the user experience.

8. Intellectual Property, Conduct & Misuse

StudyGlitch content, sessions, materials, reporting systems, and platform resources are protected and may not be copied, recorded, shared, resold, redistributed, or commercially reused without permission.

StudyGlitch may refuse, suspend, or terminate tutoring, subscription, or platform access if a user:

  • records tutoring sessions and shares or sells them,
  • records, screenshots, shares, or sells StudyGlitch materials,
  • uses vulgar, discriminatory, racist, abusive, or harmful language in Hub or other StudyGlitch spaces.

9. Attendance, Late Entry & Missed Sessions

StudyGlitch does not use a reward-or-punishment model for lateness or missed sessions. Instead, commitment is treated as part of the learning model itself.

Tutoring paths are designed to be short and intensive, usually lasting roughly 3 to 12 weeks depending on level and path structure. Because of that, students are expected to treat attendance, punctuality, and follow-through seriously.

Students who join a bundle late are not charged for sessions that took place before their enrollment, but StudyGlitch is not responsible for content they missed before joining. If a tutor chooses to help with recap coverage, students may request that support through StudyGlitch contact channels.

10. Rescheduling & Schedule Changes

StudyGlitch bundles and paths follow fixed dates and times. As a general rule, rescheduling is not available.

If a student contacts StudyGlitch at least 2 weeks before the date they want changed, StudyGlitch may try to place the student into another suitable program or timing option. This depends on actual availability and cannot be guaranteed.

If no suitable alternative is available, any eligible remaining value after that 2-week point may be reviewed for refund treatment based on unused session count and booking status.

11. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment methods are shared by StudyGlitch support during the booking confirmation process. Depending on the case, payment may be completed through a payment link, bank transfer, or another supported payment option.

If a student wishes to cancel, they must contact StudyGlitch directly. StudyGlitch reserves the right to retain at least 65% of the paid amount to cover the reserved seat, planning, allocation, and related commitment costs attached to the booked path or bundle.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 2 to 3 working weeks.

Bundle and package availability is shown on the booking page and may change over time. Promotional discounts, referral campaigns, and offer-based pricing always follow the specific rules published for that offer.

12. Referral & Reward Programs

StudyGlitch may offer promotional discounts, referral programs, and reward-based benefits from time to time. Each offer follows its own published terms, limits, and eligibility details.

For example, referral discounts may depend on whether referred users actually book, and may be capped according to the active campaign rules. To claim a referral-based discount, users may be asked to provide details of the people they referred through StudyGlitch contact or WhatsApp support.

StudyGlitch may also reward students who stay active in Hub with good conduct, participate constructively, or perform strongly in learning systems. Rewards may include branded gifts, future StudyGlitch involvement, or personalized discount codes.

13. Academic Integrity

StudyGlitch does not use camera-based monitoring during online learning because privacy matters. At the same time, students remain responsible for honest participation, real effort, and respectful use of tests and learning tools.

Dishonest practice, fake attempts, answer-sharing, or artificial performance breaks the commitment-based learning model and reduces the value of the preparation process.

14. Results Disclaimer

StudyGlitch is designed to maximize improvement through structure, diagnostics, tutoring, materials, live testing, and guided practice. Students who follow the recommended path seriously and stay committed are in a much stronger position to improve.

However, StudyGlitch does not guarantee specific scores, rankings, admissions, or exam outcomes. Final results always depend on student effort, attendance, readiness, consistency, timing, and other factors outside the platform’s control.

15. Data, Privacy & Internal Use

StudyGlitch may collect, store, and use information related to contact details, booking details, progress tracking, reward systems, platform usage, and research and development.

This information is used for operational, instructional, analytical, and platform-improvement purposes. StudyGlitch owns and manages its internal reporting and progress systems.

Where needed and appropriate, progress-related information may be shared with parents or schools, or used to support educational communication and service quality.

16. Right to Refuse or Remove Access

StudyGlitch reserves the right to refuse, limit, suspend, or terminate access to tutoring, subscriptions, Hub, materials, or platform features when policy violations, abusive conduct, intellectual-property misuse, or harmful behavior affects the platform, tutors, students, or learning environment.

17. Policy Updates

StudyGlitch may update this policy from time to time as services, systems, bundles, or platform features change. The latest published version on the website is the version that applies.

18. Contact

For policy questions, booking clarification, rescheduling requests, refund communication, or enrollment support, please contact StudyGlitch through the official contact page or WhatsApp support.
