Forming group plans
When a new group plan is forming, StudyGlitch may use a short registration window before and during the early part of the plan so more students can join the same preparation path. This helps the group start with stronger structure and fairer delivery conditions.
Adjusted small-group delivery
If a group forms with fewer students than expected, StudyGlitch may adjust the delivery structure while preserving the core learning path. In selected cases, students may also be offered a premium continuation option if they prefer to keep the full original session count in a smaller-group format.

Booking, Payment, and Running Plans

Payment is handled during the booking confirmation process. In general, a booking is confirmed after payment confirmation so StudyGlitch can secure the student’s seat, tutor schedule, and session calendar before the program begins.
Joining after a plan has started
If a student books into a plan that is already running, missed sessions are calculated and excluded from the final bundle price. This protects students from paying for sessions that took place before their enrollment while keeping the active group schedule clear.
Group registration windows
Some group tutoring plans may close registration after the early formation period. This helps protect the learning sequence, tutor planning, and student experience once the group is already moving through the program.
If a group forms smaller than expected
